Insurance & Financial
- We work 100% for our patients—not insurance companies.
- Treatment recommendations are based on your individual needs, not insurance coverage.
- You authorize our Insurance Coordinator to apply for and collect payments on your behalf unless revoked in writing.
- Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance and paying any uncovered portions at the time of treatment.
- Payment plans may be available for those who qualify.
- A $25 fee applies for any returned checks.
Radiographs (X-Rays)
- New patients receive a full X-ray series, repeated every 3-5 years; bitewing X-rays are taken annually as they help diagnose cavities, gum disease, and infections.
- Our radiograph policy follows ADA guidelines and is not based on insurance eligibility.
- We use digital X-rays for reduced radiation exposure and always provide protective thyroid collars and aprons.
- Patients who refuse all X-rays may need to seek care elsewhere.
Missed or Cancelled Appointments
- Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
- A $50 fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments.
- Medical emergencies are an exception, but two consecutive missed appointments may result in dismissal.
